About Us
Susan Botello, MSW, LICSW and Brian Washington, CADAC, LADC1 have devoted their professional lives to helping people heal from a multitude of afflictions. In their own down to earth ways, they incorporate compassion, humor and even direct confrontation into their counseling style. They both use a relational approach to treatment which enables them to develop a strong bond with each client.
This method allows for an individual’s treatment to be tailored to meet their unique needs. These clinicians further weave mindfulness and meditation, exercise and self discipline, manifesting and positive thought strategies, and self esteem and morale building into their client’s treatment plans.
Both Susan and Brian have lived a substance-free lifestyle for well over thirty years, which adds first-hand experience to their extensive clinical base. While they recognize the importance of helping addicts get clean and sober, they are also acutely aware of the importance of living a balanced life throughout the later stages of recovery.

They share ideas on establishing daily rituals that will help create a sense of serenity, inner peace, gratitude and joy. These strategies not only benefit people that are working on addiction issues, but those who are struggling with other mental health issues as well.
