Excellence in Behavioral Health

Our Approach

We provide psychotherapy and addiction counseling services that offer insight, understanding, and solutions. When you start healing the mind and body, your spirit is renewed, communication is opened, and destructive behavior is replaced with healthy alternatives.

Susan Botello

MSW, LICSW

Susan has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College and over 25-years private practice experience.  She offers psychotherapy for individuals and couples, and she specializes in trauma, addiction, divorce, blended family issues, anxiety, depressive disorders and general mental health concerns.

Collaborating with other medical professionals, Susan provides clients with comprehensive and holistic solutions, encouraging meditation, nutrition and exercise as an integral part of the healing process.

Brian K. Washington

CADAC, LADC1

Brian is a licensed drug and alcohol counselor with over 30-years of experience working in the addiction field. He is adept at helping adolescents, adults, couples and families develop insights into dependencies and subsequently strategizing solutions.

He offers a safe setting for his clients to explore core issues, master the art of communication and learn new coping skills. Brian uses both his extensive clinical knowledge and his personal experiences from his struggles as a young person, to help guide at-risk youth stop destructive behaviors at the earliest stages.

He shares the deep wisdom he has developed over his 35 years in recovery, to inspire clients to lead healthy, purpose driven lives.  He uniquely blends compassion with constructive confrontation to challenge and motivate clients to reach their goals.
